An attestation form for Edward Donnelly , of 104 Bowthorn Road Cleator Moor , Service no 292063 enlisting in the Labour Coprs Royal Engineers in London on 20th August 1915 . This explains why Edward Cunningham CWG record shows that he served as Donnelly. The same attestation paper recorded on 15 Feb 1916 that ......."
